Lucca

Terms · 17 September 2026

These terms apply when you use Lucca. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. By using Lucca you agree to both.

Subscriptions

Lucca is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, sold and billed by Apple through your Apple Account. Current plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the App Store before you buy.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Fair use

Plans are for personal use by one person. To keep the service reliable for everyone, we may limit or slow some features for use far beyond ordinary personal use.

Acceptable use

Do not resell or share access, misuse the service, or use Lucca in a way that breaks the law. Laws about recording and listening to conversations differ by place, and following them where you use Lucca is your responsibility.

No professional advice

Lucca can make mistakes. Its answers may be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Check anything important before relying on it. Lucca is not an emergency service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Lucca is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of Lucca. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Lucca in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may change, add or remove features, plans and these terms. When these terms change, the date above changes with them. Continuing to use Lucca after a change means you accept it.

Ending access

You can stop using Lucca at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
